[Webinar] Supervisor to Leader: Leadership That Works (Module 1 of 3)

Supervisor to Leader: Road Map to Success  An Interactive Webinar Series About This Module This webinar will include a brief history of leadership and review current leadership theories and practices; with an emphasis on contemporary approaches to effective leadership. Questions such as "Should a supervisor be concerned with their leadership style?" and "What does the research teach us about leadership?" will be addressed.  Additional cutting-edge research findings will be presented on the importance of being an effective leader and how different styles of leadership can impact employees' health, job satisfaction and productivity. Registration Information Registration Cost Per Person:  $65 for each individual webinar or $150 for the entire series (all three sessions.)  Deadline for all registrations is May 8, 2017, or when capacity is reached, as space is limited.  Group discounts are not available.
