Over the past two years, the Florida legislature passed new ethics legislation designed to grow the professionalism of Florida’s public servants and foster greater transparency and public trust. This conference is a must for anyone in public service. Staff members from the Attorney General’s Office and the Florida Commission on Ethics will explain what is in the new legislation and what is expected of those in public service at the state and local levels, including standards, reporting and enforcement procedures. Registration is open now! This is your chance to hear information directly from those involved in implementing the new legislative changes!

Continuing Education Credit applications have been submitted for the following:
- IIMC: 2 CMC Experience points (OR) 2 MMC Professional and Social points
- Florida Clerks of Courts approved for up to 10 credits
- Florida Bar approved for 9.5 credits
Conference Registration Fee is $299.00
The registration fee covers all materials, Wednesday night’s welcome reception, two breakfasts, one lunch, and three breaks.
