The Florida Public Records Management: 2026 Live Webinar Series is designed to assist all public agency records custodians, Records Management Liaison Officers (RMLOs), management and staff in understanding and meeting the legal requirements to comply with Florida's Public Records Law and Administrative Rules.
This series covers many topics including public records retention and disposition requirements, electronic records standards and requirements, public records access and restrictions, resources for records management, and more as listed on the agenda below.
The Florida Public Records Management: 2026 Live Webinar Series will be presented on three consecutive Tuesdays: April 28th, May 5th, and May 12th from 2 pm – 4 pm (ET). Each webinar in the series is built upon the previous learning experience so the series must be taken in full to earn a certificate of completion. The webinars are facilitated by Stephanie Boggs, Florida Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services.
