FACE Certification: Online Payments

**Please Note: This page is intended for registered attendees only.  Please do not submit payment if you have not already registered and received a confirmation notice.  If you have questions, please contact Amy Brewer.**

 

Thank you for registering for a FACE Certification course through the Florida Institute of Government at Florida State University.   To pay by credit card:

1) Click the button below.

2) Navigate to Certifications > FACE Certifications

3) Add each attendee to the cart.  You may add multiple attendees to the same cart.

4) Proceed to your cart and check out.

Important Reminder: You must register and pay for the Class and Exam separately! CLASS registration and payments are made to the IOG at FSU. EXAM registration and payments are made to the IOG at UCF.

Additional Information

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION: You will receive a confirmation letter from the IOG at FSU upon CLASS registration. A separate, additional confirmation letter will be sent from the IOG at UCF upon registration and receipt of payment for the certification EXAM.

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTE: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, no person may attend F.A.C.E. training or take an exam if approved payment has not been made prior to the start of the class or exam.

REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received no later than one week prior to the first day of classes. In such cases, the registration fee, less a $50 administration charge, will be refunded. No requests for refunds will be honored after that date. Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal or refund.
